She has worked closely with a global network of foreign IP associates in preparing and prosecuting patent and trade-mark applications in Canada and other major jurisdictions. She has also represented clients before the Trademark Opposition Board, and has provided extensive litigation support in several pharmaceutical and technology-related patent trials before the Federal Court of Canada.
